Aspen Dental - Brunswick, GA

Let me preface this by saying I have high anxiety from previous dental experiences. Throughout my visit, the office staff, dental assistant, dental hygienist, Dr. O, and the office manager consistently shone brightly, delivering an extraordinarily warm and welcoming experience that uplifted my spirits.

It took me more than a year to finally get the nerve to make a much needed appointment. I knew that what I needed was going to be extensive so that in itself compounded my anxiety and fear. I decided to research Aspen Dental and after months of reading reviews and talking personally with 2 patients of Aspen I decided that Aspen Dental seemed the perfect choice for me. Mainly based on their professionalism and patient care and understanding (from reviews) Boy, oh Boy, was I fooled!! It was terrible from the start. Everyone up front was rude and their customer service was utterly pathetic. The dental assistant who took me back to do my Pan & X-rays was very unprofessional and hurt me several times and when I pulled away due to the pain she was causing she just rolled her eyes and snatch my u

Had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, I have never had a tooth pulled so I was extremely nervous and wanted to be knocked out at first, but my insurance does not cover much for the oral surgeon so I went to Dr Olajide instead and im glad I did. He was so nice and patient with me, he did not make me feel ashamed of my teeth even though I have not taken the best care of them. And he made sure I was fully numb before he started doing anything else. He got all 4 teeth out pretty quickly, even the one that had broken and only had a small piece left above my gums. He also did a little celebration dance after successfully removing all 4 teeth that made me smile. I would highly recommend Dr. O for all your dental needs!

Do not recommend. Went in expecting to get a cleaning and to have some general work done. After X-rays, meeting with the dentist, I get told they have to schedule my cleaning??? I thought that is why I was there. I am then told even with insurance that covers my FREE cleaning, I have to pay $196 upfront just for them to schedule my FREE cleaning???? I do not recommend them. They are money hungry and will try to SELL unnecessary services that you do not need. They do not care about their patients. Go anywhere else for services.

I must say that Aspen dental is very professional but warm and welcoming. They are committed to helping their patients achieve the best results ever and I appreciate them from the front desk to everyone in the back. With my first cleaning and treatment I already feel the difference and my cleaning experience was top notch. Her commitment to helping improve my mouth was amazing and and a blow away experience.
