Aspen Dental - Brooksville, FL

This was my first and last time visiting Aspen Dental. When I called to make an appointment the man spoke to me for 13 minutes about his personal life and continued to do so despite me not responding to anything he was saying... Once I arrived at my appointment the staff were kind however they did not do the filling which I made the appointment for (the man on the phone said that it would get filled the same day and I would not need to make an additional appointment). Instead they told me I had a whole plethora of problems that would require multiple additional appointments to fix, and they told me that the tooth that was causing me pain was actually fine... My biggest issue however was with the finance guy. He brought me out and sat me down and said "let's get you set up with a payment pl

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental and want to give a huge shout-out to Dental Assistants Sandra and Evelyn, along with Dr. Jenifer. They are all incredibly efficient, kind, and professional. They make patients feel comfortable and truly cared for, and they always have a smile on their faces. You can tell they love what they do, and it really shows. Highly recommend!

These folks aren’t just dental workers - they are people who actually care about the patient. I came in today after not having dental work done in over 20 years because like many, I’m not much for doctors or appointments of any kind. Needless to say, I need a lot of dental work lol but from start to finish, Dr. Jennifer and her team guided me thoroughly through each step of the visit to ease my nerves. They gave me so much support and even tips for future visits to continue to make me comfortable. The front office was pretty busy when I came in, just all the different things a receptionist goes through like deliveries, phone, greeting people and saying goodbye and completing follow ups etc - she didn’t lose her smile once. My experience with Aspen Dental in Brooksville, FL today 1/23/26 was excellent. From the receptionist to the technicians, to the doctor, to the business staff I was treated respectfully and everything was explained very well. They devised a plan for future dental health, didn't push any unnecessary products or procedures on me and found all available options with my insurance. Also, got me out the door at the exact predetermined time. Thank you to the excellent and friendly staff at Aspen/Brooksville, FL.

Every time I go to Aspen Dental (Brooksville) every one is always so friendly and personable. From everybody at the front desk to all the assistance’s they make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I be been a patient for 2 years now and they have done a lot of work on me and I always have a great experience. Even if I’m not there to see the dentist, he always comes in to say hello and check in, he’s Great and The Hygienist is awesome. Thank you for giving me my smile back!!
