My tooth broke while in Florida visiting. I was able to get an appointment quickly, the customer service was fabulous and the dentist repaired my tooth. She was excellent. I highly recommend this dental office.

I think Dr. Christina Dominguez is a great Dentist, she is also very kind and understanding. I called last week because I was never given an estimate for my treatment plan i was told since it a new year they would have to check with my and it could take 72 hours to get an estimate. I called this morning to check the status and the young lady I spoke spoke with said she would look into it herself and call me by the end of the day. Soon after Angie called she was extremely rude and Unprofessional telling me that the insurance coverage was not sufficient to what they were charging. I asked her to please explain what the fees were for the treatment plan and what the insurance was covering she had a horrible attitude and would not discuss. I certainly hope that Dr. Dominguez is aware of

It was my first visit today, and overall, I had a great experience with the receptionist, the doctor, the X-ray technician, and the hygienist. However, I had a very negative interaction with the staff member handling the treatment and payment plan, a blond lady with short hair and glasses. From the beginning of our conversation, she was rude and aggressive. She pressured me to pay for the treatment plan, and when I explained that I was not ready, she made faces and involved the hygienist, making me feel like he needed to convince me to pay. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and attacked by her behavior. Finally, after I refused to pay $700 for the treatment plan, she attempted to add other items to the bill without informing me. When I questioned her about it, she removed them, but

Prompt, friendly and professional. Can’t say enough good about my experience with Aspen. I went in for a second opinion and saved almost $1000 for the replacement of an old crown There was nothing wrong with my current dentist but they were unable to access my insurance. The speed and quality of service with Aspen is unparalleled. My family will be patients with Aspen.

Had a great experience at Aspen Dental on Glades Rd in Boca Raton FL this morning! Dr Dominguez, the assistants, and the front desk were ALL very professional & helpful. This was 2nd visit to this office and great service both times!
