From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, organized, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The dental team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything they were doing, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The office was clean, modern, and ran on schedule — something I really appreciated. The dentist and assistants were gentle, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a positive experience. It’s clear they care about their patients and take pride in their work. This was a horrible first experience with this place! When we set up the appointment it was told to them that I needed to come in urgently specifically for a tooth extraction because of my having a severe toothache. They set the appointment. I get there and they look all through my mouth and decide that the tooth does need to be taken out. And then the Dr. asks me if I have any questions before she is about to leave, thus ending the appointment. I told her what I stated up in the beginning of this message. She then told me that they don't really do extractions on the first day. I'm like but that's why I made the appointment and no one provided me with that information when setting the appointment up. My husband has had excellent care throughout the two-year process of replacing his upper denture, having his lower teeth extracted, and getting a lower denture with implants. Dr. Woo, who did the extractions, was attentive and caring. Dr. Nam, who placed the permanent implants, was friendly and kind. Dr. Patel, who supervised the impression process, was outgoing and professional. Technicians Kaleb and Kaleigh worked patiently and diligently to adjust the lower denture until it fit perfectly. All the personnel that we worked with throughout the process were highly competent and patient-oriented. In short, we can recommend this Bloomington, IN practice without reservation.

I had such a positive experience at Aspen Dental. The staff was welcoming, the office ran on time, and everyone took the time to answer my questions. You can tell they really care about their patients. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Was a new patient and had an appointment for 4pm. Sat in the waiting room for an hour only to be brought back and turned away immediately due to being pregnant (13 weeks). I explained that my OBGYN and family doctor highly recommended me to see one for risk of gum disease. They still refused me care due to not being comfortable to work on a pregnant patient in good conscience. I have dentists in my family who spoke to me saying they would treat pregnant patients all the time and there are safe protocols put in place for those reasons. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in being refused care and wasting my time when THEY KNEW at my booking I was pregnant. This is illegal discrimination of my pregnancy and provided me necessary preventative care when they could have shielded during X-rays
