Aspen Dental - Bedford, NH

I recently visited the Bedford, NH office. Very welcoming when you first arrive. Receptionist was helpful. Technician was gentle and very informative. Love the Dr., she was very direct with my opinions and explained each Thoroughly. The young lady I sat with at the end, to go over my options, was well versed on the information she shared. Thank-you all for such a pleasant experience. NEVER felt that comfortable in a dentist office. Thank-you Shirley Weinelt

All I can say is that this place is like a finance company, they don’t give any direction or information about insurance coverages and you have to pay up front before being seen at all. Then when you come in for an appointment you are told that you need to have other things done before they complete the process and when you don’t the void any warranty on fixtures or crowns and refuse to do any other work unless you spend the money to have it done. That’s called extortion! I would not recommend them to anyone ever. My Dr was great I have to say as well as most of the staff with the exception of the billing personnel. Very cold and stern and ask questions that they have no reason asking. Why won’t you spend the money, etc.

Everyone in this office was happy and had a smile on their face. They all had thriving personalities that were engaging and welcoming. They did a great job and making sure that I felt comfortable with all these different choices that I had in front of me. I'm looking forward to my next visit

Best experience! Attentive staff. Dr. Mahajan has given me the best dental experience I have had in the last 20 years. Savannah, officer manager, gave me the best break down for cost and started on treatment immediately.

Going to the dentist can be like pulling teeth, but Aspen Dental really put a smile on my face. They clearly have a handle on things and always go the extra smile. To tell you the tooth, the whole tooth, and nothing but the tooth: they’re simply the best. I’m definitely rooting for them! Shout out to Savannah, Katie and Emily!
