Aspen Dental - Baxter, MN

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I’ve always been a little anxious about dental visits, but the dentist and staff made me feel completely at ease. They were incredibly gentle, explained every step before doing anything, and checked in constantly to make sure I was comfortable. The hygienist was fantastic, the front desk was organized and kind, and the whole place had a calm, professional feel. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the treatment plan. Truly one of the best dental teams I’ve ever met.

They have been very accommodating and flexible with scheduling. Informative and took the time to thoroughly explain all our options so we could make the decision that would work best for us! They were patient and understanding through the entire process!

I made appointment 2 weeks ago for tomorrow, and I had to make arrangements with my job so I could make my appointment. I stopped by the dental office a week ago and found out that they lost my dental records when they updated their computer system. How convenient when my reason for the appointment could have possibly been a warranty denture repair. So I'm now considered a new patient, without a warranty. Not the worst part of it though, but today they send me an email at noon telling me I have to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow to a different day. It's not that easy to get time off of work this time of year for me.They couldn't call!!!! I'm one of them people who only look at their emails once or twice a day. I will never step foot in one of their offices ever again. Poor customer

I went to Aspen Dental recently, and I hate going to the dentist, and I wasn't sure what my Insurance would and would not cover. The front desk lady, I believe her name was Casey, was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. She really put me at ease with the process. I will definitely be going back as soon as I can schedule with work.

I was really uneasy going into the visit because of my dental issues and the length of time since my last visit. They were really personable and put me at ease. Finances were a big issue and the finance team member was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.
