Aspen Dental - Battle Creek, MI

Called several dentists couldnt be seen for days was in a lot pain with broken tooth. Called Aspen just before closing got me in see dentist next morning. He was able to pull tooth right away. Everyone in office was very friendly I got excellent care with great follow up plan so can get rest of teeth taken care of at fair price.

As someone in the military who has been to what seems like most of the dentists in the Battle Creek/kalamazoo area, this is by far the best one I have been too. To start they have an outstanding receptionist team. Very friendly and knowledgeable with insurance. The dentists, hygienists and assistants are all wonderful! They are all patient, take their time, and explain what’s going on. I saw Kevin today and he is an expert, he had my filling done and pain free in 20 minutes. Overall a great experience, I would recommend to anyone who is seeking a dentistry that knows what they’re doing. On top of that, they also take most if not all insurance. 10/10.

Staff was very respectful. The explanation of the procedures and benefits that I will receive. I were explained in a way that I could understand. I was treated with dignity. Staff made me feel comfortable, and they were very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Quick and efficient with treatment plans offering an array of budget options. They were able to get me in quickly and have scheduled me quickly for treatment. As someone with dental anxiety, having clear and efficient plans, creates a sense of security.

I was talked into a bridge by them several years ago, and I’ve had nothing but problems with the area.. After the first one that they put in broke, thankfully while it was still under warranty, I still had to pay several hundred dollars for them to replace it. The new bridge has been nothing but a problem and causing pain. When I went in to address the problem not only was the dentist Rude but she wasn’t Even able to tell me what The problem is with the bridge that they put in. She could not have cared less about the area I came in for and only tried to push me into having them do work on the complete opposite side of my mouth. I will definitely be looking for a new dentist and hopefully they can figure this out.
