Aspen Dental - Atlanta, GA (Cumberland)

Unfortunately, I am completely dissatisfied with the personnel I have spoke with on multiple accounts in regards to scheduling an appointment. I was able to speak with a young lady who triaged me over the phone , verified my insurance, and throughout the week proceeded to confirm my appointment only for me to get to the facility, after paying $40 for a Lyft to get there, and be advised that my insurance is not accepted. I would have politely scheduled with another facility given my condition. If the young lady who I spoke with initially and the one who called to confirm the appointment would have advised me properly I wouldn’t now be out of $80 for a Lyft for nothing I am utterly and supremely disappointed. Instead of rushing , we should practice better phone etiquette so no one experience

OMG!!! The staff were professional, friendly, and smiling. The office is nice and spacious. The hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I had to have a scaling done. That means going under your gums. No pain, and beautiful smile. Thank you for my wonderful experience. Dr. Cobb was wonderful was well. Aspen Dental I will be back!!!

My experience from start to finish was exceptional. The medical staff Aniyah and Kasha were awesome and professional. The dental hygienist did a great exam and explained my treatment options. Dr. Fowler, the dentist walked me through the process of treatment needed. I had a very pleasant experience.

As a retired healthcare leader, I was very impressed. Everyone in the office was amazing. They were very patient, thorough, informative, and most of all results driven and reassuring. I couldn’t have asked for a better patient experience. Thank you, Aspen Dental Cumberland team.

My elderly grandmother needed dentures. Ms. Fulton, the staff, and medical team @ the Cumberland location were kind enough to work with our schedule and gave us a good pricing package so that she could eat solid food again. They were also chill, kind and gave good quality customer service. It means a lot to us as Grandmother is in her latter years. She is not as she was, but our family is doing our best to give her quality love, care and time, endeavoring to make her as comfortable and, in different areas, as naturally functional as possible.
