They're so friendly here and I enjoy going as odd as it sounds. They do financing which is fantastic and try their hardest to work with you on the financing it's 75 down cash up front for future reference for others. At least it was for me as I at least do not carry cash on me. They worked with me on xrays as I had a really bad tooth and told me to do my best and just hold it if it hurt. The truly only issue is, is don't call to reschule more than once or you will be threatened to have your services cut off. My kid and I have been ill for nearly a week and a half and I had to go in while still slightly under the weather. Which I guess is whatever. But, still frustrating to experience as I wouldn't just flake out of much needed dental care. Other than that it would have been a 5 star. It's

If I could give no stars I would! They are running a scam by diagnosing everyone with periodontal disease and having you pay thousands for the treatment! I recently had an abscessed tooth and a swollen face and they turned me away without trying to help me in any way. Then when I called the next day to beg for help the Karen that answers phones told me the next available appointment was in 3 months. They didn’t say they would put me on a waiting list in case there was a cancellation.. absolutely trash service! I have been to many dentists before but this has got to be the worst dentist office I have ever been to!!! Words just can’t express how horrible these people are!

I don’t know how this place has such good reviews. This was the worst dental experience ever for me. I called on December 16th and scheduled for a cleaning/new patient exam for February and the lady confirmed it would be a cleaning. I also have a tooth that has been hurting for a few months that prevents me from eating on one side of my face. I live over an hour away because that’s the closest in network dentist I could find, so it’s a long drive for me. I wouldn’t have scheduled it to waste my time if there was no cleaning. I arrived 15 minutes early like they asked to fill out needed paperwork. I got the best set they offered, I can't wear the, when they made the first set and I had to go back and forth to get a "perfect" I told them the teeth hurt and were to big they kept building up the liner to the point when I had both bottom and tops in I couldn't open my mouth wide enough to eat. I repeatedly complained about it but it fell on deaf ears. I finally received my permit set, I had the same problem but the bottom set are so wide I can even put them in my mouth. The top plate I have to use dentures glue but can't wear them long, maybe a couple of hours, without a blister forming on the inside of my upper lip. I called Aspen Dental 1/9/26, got appointment for 1/I2 . They did all the X-Rays and molds that day. Had me back 1/15 pulled the teeth that needed removed had temporary denture made, placed it and was out of there in an hour. Try that anywhere else. Very fast service and polite help. I highly recommend them for any type of dental work you need done went to Aspen Dental for the first time last Friday 1/12/26
