ASP Cares

The staff is very nice, but there are have been too many instances where I get wrong information when I call to refill long-term prescriptions. Most recently being I called last week, was told it was too early even though THEY have been giving me partial refills for whatever confusing reason they gave, and was told to call back today. I call today to get the remainder of the refill and, lo and behold, the prescription "has expired" and I need to have the dr call in a new one. As much as I do like this pharmacy, I'll be taking my long-term prescriptions elsewhere; this has happened more times than necessary since that info should've been communicated the first time I called.

Staff is very friendly and they offer delivery. They are prompt in getting a prescription right away even when it’s last minute. They really care about there customers/patients Thank you Denise and ASP Cares!!

I was going to leave something but I think this needs to be handled to a higher level and will see sure miss old management (Michael) everything ran smooth never went without my meds
