Dr. Bailey and staff are so sweet and it’s always enjoyable to take my baby to his appointments. Dr. Bailey always makes my baby feel comfortable and happy. The only issue we have is that it is so difficult to get in touch with them. (Which I can understand to an extent due to being a small staff) You have to message through an online portal and it sometimes takes a while to hear back. There isn’t a phone line you can use. Other than that we love Ask Pediatrics.

Our first time at this practice was excellent, despite trying to get someone on the phone. They use a text app, and they respond so quickly. We had no issues switching to this PCP. The whole staff was so inviting, and Ms. Angela (I believe that's her name), one of the nurses, Is our new bestie lol. Ms. Angela and Dr. Bailey were the team we didn't know we needed. I will be switching my other daughter to this practice. My household will recommend Dr. Bailey and her team to anyone we know searching for a pediatrician.

We recently switched pediatricians, and I could not have had a better first experience! My five year old also had to have two shots, and she did not cry and she was not scared. Nurse Angela was amazing and so comforting! Dr. Bailey was wonderful as well and explained to my daughter everything that she was doing! Front desk receptionist - AMAZING!! I couldn’t remember their names, but they were so friendly and had stickers and a gift waiting for my daughter after her shots.

Nurse Angela was the best! She made my daughter feel welcomed and comfortable with her visit and getting her vaccinations! Dr. Bailey paid attention to my concerns with my daughter and made us feel as though we mattered as a patient, I'm so glad I found this office! Highly recommend for fast accurate and friendly service.

I am a stickler for professionalism and great customer service and I received both at Ask Pediatrics! The front desk associates are friendly and helpful. The nurse Angela was amazing; super friendly and personable! While this was our first visit here and we came in for a physical, Dr. Bailey was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. My daughter mentioned immediately how she liked it there. Thank you Dr. Bailey and staff!
