ASIS Physical Therapy, Scripps Ranch-Poway

I was referred to ASIS PT by my doctor due to pain I was experiencing on my left lower back and hip areas. My therapist was Sara. From the very beginning I felt totally comfortable with the environment. Sara was very welcoming as was all of the staff working there. My treatments consisted of Sara massaging the areas of concern for about 10-15 minutes followed by exercises that were administered by interns at the facility. Kudos go out to Riley and Jacob who provided the oversight of my exercises and associated feedback. The heat treatment at the end of my session felt wonderful. I was a little doubtful that my pain would be resolved through PT but I was totally wrong. Sarah is an excellent physical therapist. She’s kind, and always careful about providing treatment and exercises that don’t cause pain. The entire staff is extremely friendly, the facility is always spotless, and the moist heat at the end of the session is pure bliss!

I was very happy with my experiences with ASIS Physical Therapy. The entire staff was amazing and gracious. Dr. Leo King was my PT. He was able to get rid of my Vertigo (2 x's) and relieved my annoying shoulder blade pain. Truly a miracle worker. Loved each staff member who worked with me as well. Sarah Mendenhall was my therapist. She's very professional and her treatment helped me get the use of my shoulder back. Before she started treating me I was unable to perform many everyday functions. Now I am able to do almost anything. She is also a really pleasant person. If I need PT in the future I will definitely request Sarah.
