Asiri Dental

The dentist who took care of me was very nice and attentive. I was about to leave and ask the lady at the front desk a question about my next appointment. She was speaking to someone else and I waited for them to finish their conversation. When they finished speaking I said excuse me twice and I was completely ignored .I never went back after this. This was over a year ago but I still remember it vividly, as someone who is going into healthcare field I hope I never make a patient feel so ignored!

Upon arriving here for the first time, the office is very clean, professional and inviting. The front desk girl named Janet had wonderful customer service skills, which I was impressed with as I am heavy on that when I walk into a place of business. The paperwork was simple, Janet highlighted where it needed to be signed and initialed as she had a smile on her face the entire time. When I was brought back to get my x rays done by Carmen she was so sweet and the dentist Enrique is very professional and compassionate! So far I give this dental office 5 stars! It’s right off Highway 41 and very easy to find. My search for a great dentist is done, I’m grateful I felt led to and came across this place! 5 stars across the board for Asiri Dental in Fresno, CA!

I can’t believe this place how are you going to start on a 10 year old boy then say do you want me to finish and me as my son mother i told them yes y wouldnt you finish if you already Traumatised him and numbed him four times even broke his tooth says we have to Refer him BS if you couldnt do it or was to lazy to do ur job you should of never put ur hands on my son and Referred him from the beginning i ask to talk to a Supervisor Had to wait 20 min just for her to say leave ur kids outside bring in the Assistance For witness, but didn't allow my kids to go in To be my witness If you want your kids to get mistreated or get left with a broken tooth or them even starting a job that they can't finish, I repeat I wouldn't recommend you to go there Supervisor also came outside and threatened m

I needed a quick appointment due to being in pain - I was seen very quickly. The two ladies at the front were very accommodating and friendly. Dr. Urruchi was very friendly and professional. He made sure I understood what was going on, even showing me pictures and giving me detailed explanations. Ruben was also really friendly and made me feel really at ease. Despite being in pain, this visit was a good experience.

I had an excellent experience with the team at Asiri Dental. My visit began with a cleaning, and Karina, the hygienist, did an outstanding job. She explained each step of the process clearly and gave me a heads-up anytime something might feel uncomfortable, which made the whole experience much easier. Afterward, Dr. Urruichi worked on replacing a crown I’ve had since high school. He was highly professional, took the time to walk me through the procedure, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I left feeling confident in the care I received. I highly recommend Asiri Dental for their professionalism, communication, and patient-centered approach.
