If I could do negative stars I would. I get massages weekly and this is by far the worst massage I've ever gotten and I paid $95. When I first arrived I told them I needed a deep tissue massage and they ensured me they could and that she could walk on my back. She demanded I pay before service was given so I paid $75 plus $20 tip which I regret. Once the massage started she started tap dancing on my back literally no method. After 20 minutes, I finally had to ask her if she was going to actually massage. Then she started massaging and that was just as awful. She started making a beat with her hands. I wish I was joking. She also left the room 3 times during the massage and only one time did she come back with a hot towel. They should have their license revoked if they even have one. Never

Although the masseuses and staff were extremely nice , this place was very disappointing . I used the restroom before my massage and it was very dirty and gross . I was close to walking out and cancelling my massage because I started questioning how clean the rooms and tables would be . When I got to my room I laid non the table and the sheets were damp and cold . I told the masseuse they were wet but she didn’t speak English . I gave up trying to explain and just sucked it up . The massage was mediocre at best . She definitely had not had formal training . This massage place was horrible. First off, got there 15 minutes before they opened and didn’t see the hours posted, so I called. They texted me back saying they are called total relaxation and they have new young girls working there. Okay not necessary for me and weird vibes, but really needed a massage so waited. They opened and the elderly woman that opened the door for me immediately said, “you pay first”. All the prices on the price list were changed with post its and $20 more than the menu online. In the interest of time, ignoring red flags, I paid for a $50 foot massage. They charged a fee for credit card. I had cash for a tip, so only left $5 tip on card and would tip after as is customary.
