Customer Reviews
I have used Ashville Apothecary all my life. They are by far the best Pharmacy. They do everything they can for their customers. No matter how much our town grows, Ashville Apothecary still has the small town feel and attention of personally getting to know the needs of all their customers. They are my first choice. Updated!! I completely changed my review for the Ashville Apothecary. Yes, I have used them all my life. And up till now I have always liked them. I was wondering why everyone was giving such awful reviews/ratings for them. Today I can see why they were saying what they was. As for today's experience, I left my doctors and went to the Apothecary to get the prescription he just sent over. I got there at 3:00. I told her my name and D.O.B. and and she tells me 15-20 minut
We love this small town drug store. They seem to know us. Yo do not feel like just a number here. Can also pick up a quick gift, especially Yankee candles.

When I received the approval from my insurance company, I rushed to the pharmacy to fill it. Unfortunately, the insurance company’s system was still rejecting the claim as I arrived, just as the pharmacy was about to close. Amidst the closing rush, the ph
I have been using the Apothecary pharmacy for 5 years. Besides the very unfriendly retail manager/cashier who won't speak to you or hardly look at you, the Apothecary has been fine for getting my prescriptions. Today however, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I called in to refill some of my IVF medications today. One of which is a SINGLE Xanax to be taken before an upcoming procedure. The pharmacist said on the phone, "it says to take 1 hour before FET procedure. I don't even know what FET means." I said, "well, I do, is there a problem?" He said, "I just don't know what that means." Since when is it his business? He was so confused about why I needed one, single Xanax. There was more to this conversation but I just can't type it all. I feel his commentary was out of line, inv
