Ashton Place Manor

My father twice visited Ashton Place for rehab with amazing results so when it was time to make the hard decision to transition to long term care Ashton Place was an easy choice. The building itself always impresses by being so fresh and clean and the around the clock medical, laundry, housekeeping and dietary staff let me rest easy at night knowing that my father is well taken care of. Beyond the amazing care that my family receives, what makes Ashton Place special is that Dad isn’t treated like a patient at a hospital, he’s a loved one at home.

My grandmother stayed here for rehab and loved it. That says a lot coming from her seeing as she is a retired nursing home administrator and nurse. The CNA staff and nurses were top notch and she said “I have found my long term care facility if I ever need it”. Thankfully, we aren’t at that point in life but, Ashton Place will be her first choice. As a nurse myself, I would 1000% recommend this facility for rehab and LTC. Great job staff!

Very unfair towards residents and the employees. An unsafe ratio of staff to residents and can’t ever find anyone to answer questions. Aides and nurses were very rushed and rude to visitors and each other. Stay away!

My great aunt was at Ashton for rehab. Everyone there was amazing . You won't regret going to Ashton.

I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about, (unless they are employees that were let go for cause). I spend a lot of time in a lot of facilities, and let me tell you – this one is hands-down, the best one in the state of Arkansas, that I have seen. I usually tell people that the facility appearance is less important than the staff, but in this case, they somehow were able to check both boxes. I have not seen a more attentive and caring staff anywhere. I have not seen any major issues; in ~2 years of residency, we saw one incident with a staff member that was concerning; it was that employees third day on the job, and her last day. When we reported our concerns, the staff immediately investigated and addressed the issue. I have recommended this facility to multiple friends and fami
