Ashley Pediatrics Day and Night Clinic

Tried taking my daughter to be seen at 5:50pm. Place had no patients in line signage says closes at 7 pm. What’s the point of not taking patients in since an hour before? I understand if the clinic was packed with patients and no more patients are going to be seen . But clinic es empty. Please update operating hours.

Came in at 5 and was told they weren’t taking any more patients (only 2/3 fam in lobby) 3rd time they done this to me. Been coming since my daughter was born love the doc , but what’s the point of calling it a day & night clinic if never available at night.

First and last visit we get to the office at 4:27 on a Saturday when it’s supposed to be open until 6 and all the assistants are in the front with blankets around them just sitting and the person at the window rolling her eyes asks how she can help us we inform her my daughter is feeling worse than her visit in the mission office yesterday and needed her to get checked and she said well I don’t think the provider will want to see her since he is backed up his afternoon patients and hasn’t been able to catch up with his charts. She asks and my daughter got seen. Assistant was nice treated us good but the provider wow with an attitude talking ugly to my daughter and telling me and my husband to shut up when we were telling him what my daughter has been telling us that she has been feeling. N

The doctor has the worst bedside manner, didn't even allow me to tell him my symptoms. Practically yelled at me when I tried to ask him if my other symptoms could be at fault for what I was experiencing. Never going here again.

This has been my kids pediatric clinic for a while now and i have not had any issues. Staff always greets us with great manners. The provider is also very nice and he is great on explaining everything to me.
