Ashley Pediatrics Day and Night Clinic

So I been waiting for 5 hours already and after the first 3 hours I kept on asking how long is it going to take. They kept telling me I'm next. Obviously that didn't not happen waited 2 more hours. And I wasn't the only one complaining the people that sighed up before and after me where also complaining. Been going their for about 11 years already. And I never have had this really really bad waiting experience that's insane. Let me just say Dr. Rodriguez is the best. Just not the staffs attitude.

Receptionist are always in a bad mood. If they don’t like working here then don’t work at all!

Had the nurse partitioner Mrs Flores, super rude and inconsiderate, which is very sad because I like dr.Rodrigues so much but sadly I will be moving clinics because of her

I brought my daughter to this clinic and I had a great service. Staff was very friendly, and the Provider was very knowledgeable. Dr. Rodriguez is kind and attentive to my daughter's concerns. Overall great experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I would not recommend going here! If I could give negative stars, I would. I was told this office does COVID testing for free but to get there early. I got there at 8 and waited for the office to open at 9. Once the office opened, a gentleman in blue scrubs came out to my car and asked what I was there for, I said COVID test.. he said to call the office inside so that they could bring my paperwork out. I called, called and called but the phone kept saying extension not available. A few nurses walked by and I tried getting their attention and they ignored me!!!! Seriously, like how could they not hear me yelling out of my car, "excuse me ma'am"?? Finally I was able to get ahold of someone inside the office at 9:32 and she said they weren't seeing anymore patients for
