I visited the Crestwood Urgent Care on Winchester Road and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I thought I would have to wait a long time, but the wait was minimal. All of the staff members I encountered were friendly and efficient. Ashley, the Nurse Practitioner, was thorough and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions patiently. I am happy to know that such a nice urgent care office is located in my neighborhood.

Ashley is the very best!! You could not ask for a better CRNP!! She's loving and caring and truly cares, she ask all the right questions & takes pride in helping you! If you're looking for someone to treat you, to care for you & to listen to you, choose her everytime 💕 I run to her over some silly things and not only has she helped me but put my mind at peace.

The entire team was caring, compassionate, and welcoming. They listened to all my symptoms and acknowledged my pain. Though the initial diagnosis was incorrect, Dr. Mashburn was correct in directing me towards getting answers and the relief that I needed. The next day, they called to follow-up and make everything was okay which I've never had a doctor do that before. Truly shows that she cares for her patients, and even went out of their way to make sure I was doing great. You rarely see such compassion in any medical staff these day. Highly recommend her!

My experience at Urgent Care Clinic was awesome. The Receptionist named Wen was friendly and very helpful. Nurse Practitioner Ashley Mashburn was very friendly and concerned about the well being of my health. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking medical attention.

Ashley was a great listener, she was truly concerned about my condition, and went above and beyond to insure I did what I needed to do to improve my health problem. I would use her as my doctor if she was taking new patients!!!! Thank you very much for truly caring about my health.
