They are doing their very best to assist each customer. Be patient! They will treat you accordingly. Earlier this month a man came in and complained about calling before store hours and being put on hold. The young man who was at the counter said he was the only one working. The pharmacist told the customer he needed to find a different pharmacy! I loved it. He defended his employee! Why would they want someone who can't appreciate their efforts? I'll be sticking with Ashland Drug. They are always helpful. But you need to be patient, at times.

I really tried to support this small business over big vendors like CVS… but they made it really difficult. No one called or notified me when prescriptions were ready. When I called, I was sent to voicemail. Voicemails were almost always full. When I went in, lines were long and staff were surly. I tried to get through for two days this week to clear a prescription from their system. I don’t want to drive to Medford to CVS, but I will if it means I can get a text or call, a call back, and someone not annoyed I’m supporting their small town business. I can get crappy service for free at a big retailer… and a call back.

They are doing their very best…. Is what they say. However, they do not mention they are incompetent and accept too many prescriptions. There has been a significant delay in care for my wife. Was told meds would be ready in about an hour. After two hours it was just a little longer. Same after 4 hours. After 5 hours and 15 minutes it was 15 more minutes- we are doing our best. Unprofessional. Unacceptable. Ashland deserves better.

We were visiting Ashland when a health event required treatment at the hospital ER. We had to fill prescriptions the next morning before we could begin the 6h return drive to our NV home. I asked Ashland Drug at 9am the following morning if they could fill the prescription. They filled the order within an hour! And so we could travel home without worry about driving in the dark. We are so grateful for the excellent care and service provided by Ashland Drug!

Ashland Drug has been our pharmacy of choice for about four years now. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They fulfill prescriptions fast and when you call you actually get to talk to a real person on the phone! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the owner and enjoy supporting a business that is local, family owned and operated. They also have a really sweet collection of gifts and knickknacks to shop.
