I was impressed with the service at Ashlan Dental. I left a voice message and received a call back the very next day which is rare these days. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating and even scheduled a same day tooth extraction within just a few hours. The assistants were warm and welcoming which really helped ease my nerves. The doctor took the time to explain every step from the x-rays to the procedure and aftercare which made me feel well informed and cared for. As someone who rarely goes, and gets very nervous at the dentist I truly appreciated the genuine and comforting experience. 5 stars from me!

Yes, my daughter went and she loved it. She was a little scared at first, but the nurses and doctor worked with her well and got it done. Very good place to go.

I got a partial here 5 years ago. I was very happy with results. I got a tooth pulled a couple days ago. I had severe pain. I got a appointment next day could of got same day. The dentist was amazing and fast. Very kind gentle man. Thank you, I appreciate your business and services... Highly recommend

Yesterday, I went in for my dental cleaning appointment. I was seen in a timely manner. The appointment went smooth; oral x-rays were taken and cleaning was good.

I called in regarding a patient referral and spoke with Dr. Pannu. During the conversation, the doctor appeared unsure about how to properly submit the referral and was dismissive throughout the call. The call ended abruptly when she hung up on me. I found this behavior unprofessional and concerning, as it does not reflect the level of courtesy and collaboration expected in professional communication.
