I need a therapist who works deeply, and Sarah absolutely delivered. At my first appointment, we talked through my problem areas and she dove right in, getting to the source of so much held tension. I could feel release throughout the entire session. She was thorough and attentive, checking in regularly to make sure the pressure was exactly what I needed. I was truly impressed with the treatment I received and highly recommend her, especially for anyone looking for effective deep tissue work.

Jim has given me the best massages of my life. Turns out I need fascia release instead of massaging my sore muscles. Jim always checks in to make sure I’m comfortable with how he is touching me. I’m very impressed!

Didn't go for a massage. Glad it was recommended I go here for my complex and chronic spine and hip issues. As a physical therapist, I've seen a lot of skilled clinicians but have typically been able to manage symptoms on my own.
