Highly unprofessional. Very willing to place the blame on others and refuses to accept any responsibility for mistakes made by them. Will literally turn away from you and ignore you when trying to resolve conflicts about your loved one's care. If you find yourself having to use this office, recommend getting everything in writing and moving back to your primary care as soon as possible after the surgery.

My Mom had surgery with Dr. Binns several weeks ago. We have been treated so well and have nothing but great things to say about the entire team.

Doctor Russell is a gifted surgeon and a true asset to Asheville Heart. Dr Russell performed quadruple bypass surgery on me and it went very well.

I called to make a cardiology appointment and got a very rude call back from Whitney saying they only do cardio thoracic surgery. Her tone of voice was totally inappropriate as I simply made a mistake and was very polite. These doctors need to get their self-important low wage staff under control.
