This office has wonderful staff. Everyone is so caring and kind. I had a root canal with no pain. The dentist explained everything really well and made for sure that I didn't have any questions. They made for sure that I was okay during the whole process. It was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

I'm 70 years old and today had to have first root canal. Other than initial shot of anesthetic which stung a bit, I experienced no pain during the procedure. Furthermore, I've had no pain or even discomfort 7 hours later after the procedure. Dr. Nick Sanders and his assistant are both thorough, kind, highly skilled, gentle. I was expecting an unpleasant experience, but they both made it very innocuous, doable, even pleasant. Dr. Nick and his assistant (I'm sorry to have forgotten her name) rock!! Highly recommended. This was the first root canal I've had in 40 years and I was apprehensive to say the least. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially Stephanie and Dr. Chasteen's assistant Ashley. Dr. Chasteen was so nice and explained the procedure and aftercare in great detail. The procedure itself was easy (just one canal), and I really appreciated Dr. Chasteen's calm manor, which helped to calm me. Stephanie followed up the next day. I was impressed and should I need another endodontic service would choose them again.

Had a root canal done and he went too far and left cement in my sinus cavity. Plus, did the root canal with a major infection. Watch the documentary “root cause”. Now I’m having all sorts of health problems. Can’t wait to have it out by a biological dentist. Remember you can’t save a dead tooth. It’s all about the money and not your health.
