I was really excited when I moved to town when I saw this place. I love supporting small local businesses and my first experience here was great plus everyone I spoke to was super nice! However, I tried to pay for my prescription with my Health FSA card and was told they don’t take HSA/FSA cards. This is insane to me since so many people use these cards to save money on medical expenses. I spoke to multiple people and they told me there’s nothing they can do because their card reader doesn’t recognize HSA/FSA. As a pharmacy, it is their job to figure it out (somehow every other pharmacy has) and they seem uninterested. To top it all off, when I got my receipt, it said “FSA/HSA eligible” in massive letters. I’m moving all my prescriptions because this is an essential service someone should
