Wonderful small town pharmacy. Good prices and friendly people. I'm very thankful they are close.

First time using them, there was a slight misunderstanding last night with my insurance on a copay, and Colby was understanding, let me keep my meds, and reran my insurance so it went through correctly, and even called me to let me know I didn’t owe anything. Never had a pharmacy kinda go above and beyond like that… if I could give ten stars, I would!

This pharmacy has always been a great place. I was once prescribed a medication that I was allergic to. I didn’t read the prescription before I left the doctors office. When I got to the pharmacy they immediately noticed this error, spoke with me to verify the allergy and called the doctor to get the prescription changed to something I wasn’t allergic to. Above and beyond kinda service. It’s under new ownership now. I think it’s still great. The employees are friendly and helpful always. Add that it’s local and so much more convenient and I’ll stick with them other than maybe an emergency middle of the night situation. Highly recommend you try this place if you haven’t already.

I wish I could give this small town pharmacy a good review but I can't. It was almost like everything that could have gone wrong did. I needed two very common prescriptions and it felt like no one was listening to me and made very unprofessional mistakes. I live in Ash Grove but will transfer me prescriptions back to Walgreens in Springfield. The most upsetting part was they never apologized and made me feel like I was the one in the wrong.

First time customer who was in a lot of pain.They had my RX filled quickly and they are all sweet people.Dont drive to town when this place takes care of everything you need!! The Pharmacist called me personally with a question re: my prescription .This place goes out of their way to take care of their customers...
