The staff is super friendly and helpful!! The woman I spoke to when I went in went above and beyond to look up insurance info for me, she put a new battery in the hearing aid I had, and gave me a bag of different ear pads free of charge. I could tell she truly cares about what does and genuinely wants to help people. I 10000% recommend them!!

Dr. Kuster took his time with me and since i am new to the hearing aid world, explained everything in detail. I am very appreciative since so many other doctors see you as just another patient or number and it was wonderful to feel like he was very interested in my health and to ensure i would have lil to no problems with my new hearing aids. I would recommend Ascent to anyone looking for a Doctor of Audiology. Thank you Dr. Kuster. You and your staff are great!

No one likes to think about getting old. We lose our vision, our hair and yes our hearing. People lose their hearing for a lot of reasons, even when they are young. The people at Ascent Audiology were great. From my first phone call and first meeting i felt like everyone cared. They were all so nice and welcoming. I think if you think you could be losing your hearing or even just think you have never had a hearing test maybe you should, that this is the place to go. I am so glad i did and am happy to recommend them to anyone.

DR. RYAN MALKIEWICZ must be the best hearing specialist in USA. Knowledgeable, professional and so helpful in actively listening to patients with complicated medical issues such as Tinnitus and TBI. I would take all his advisement without hesitation.
