Ascent Audiology & Hearing

If I could give 10 stars (out of 5), I would. What a lovely experience! The audiologist was wonderful. He's very thorough, took his time with my mother. He made her feel heard, taught her a few things, was gentle, and made the experience very positive. I highly recommend this Audiologist, especially for people who may have anxiety or other challenges.

The receptionist Joni is awesome and can make an appointment for me anytime. I need one. And Eric has been more than helpful with my transitioning to hearing aids. I would highly recommend this place!

I recently got my third set of hearing aids made in Switzerland for Phonak... these are my favorite and the clarity is amazing! Hollie has spent many hours making them perfect, even adjusting the notes F and G so I can sing without a reverb!! Everyone in this office will troubleshoot my hearing aids whenever I need them! My tennis is better because I can hear the sound of the ball coming off the racquet. And I work in a busy ER and I can finally hear my patients!! Thank you to Hollie and her colleagues, you're the best.

Unbelievable positive experience. Thought I was doomed to hearing confusion. Walked out the door w hope. Respect the professional attitude & knowledge of Eric. He knows his job well. Joan, receptionist is sweet & knows her job also.
