Ascension Via Christi Multi-specialty Clinic - Neurology and Epileptology

I have been going to this clinic since I was diagnosed with epilepsy at 15 years old. After turning 18, I became a patient of Dr. Ricky Lee and have met with Kelli Rice APRN since. I have only ever had positive interactions with Kelli, but recently had several poor interactions with Dr. Lee's nurse Samantha. I am currently 14 weeks pregnant, and I had a seizure 3 days ago after unintentionally missing a dose. I contacted the clinic to notify them of the incident, and was notified by Nurse Samantha that I have not been compliant in the following ways: - I failed to get lab work done every 2-3 weeks. I think Dr Cruz did not have a good bedside manner. He did not warm me that he would be putting sharp objects into my skin until a split second before it poked me. He was not very informative in my concerns. Not at all pleased with his procedure. He poked into my back and when I said ouch. He kept repeating just relax. Just relax. I posted a photo of the bood from my back. Real bad experience

The nurse for P.A. Rice is always upbeat and such an encouragement. She is very caring and helpful. P.A. Rice does a 👍 b. We really like her being our P.A. my daughter has a traumatic Brain injury and she has looked everything over as far as x- rays and answers all our worries and concerns. Very loving and she cares

They take auch good care of me , they are kind , extremely intelligent, patient , and insightful, always giving high quality care. Every visit. Every time.

I like my doc Ricky lee ..he's always plesent and not uncomfortable.
