Ascension Via Christi Audiology

I recently visited this place with my son and overall, the experience was quite positive. The receptionist was generally pleasant and accommodating, displaying excellent customer service. However, there was one incident involving a rude elderly white lady, which slightly tarnished an otherwise great experience. On the bright side, I was impressed by the attention and care given to my son. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that he received the best possible service. They were patient, understanding, and made sure everything was done correctly. This level of importance placed on accuracy and detail truly stood out and gave me confidence in their professionalism.

I went in yesterday for ENG testing. My symptoms are some episodes of pretty severe vertigo. I was not feeling well and was anxious about the test. I was seen by Mary. She was very professional and knowledgeable. But what was equally important to me was she was compassionate, patient and empathetic. We made it through the testing and she was able to get with another staff member to schedule an appointment with a PT. Today I received a call from Mary. She “ just wanted to check on me to see how I was doing”. Every now and then you cross paths with someone who truly cares. I highly recommend this group.
