As a deaf patient, I am extremely disappointed with their office's performance in providing ASL interpreters. In my last three (3!!) attempts to see my doctor, they failed to provide me an ASL interpreter. I did seriously doubt they actually called the ASL interpreting agency, or could be the ASL Interpreting agency is actually an INEPT agency??? I got fed up with them failing to provide my most basic communication needs besides my medical needs. (I once got cancelled out by my doctor for no reason, delaying my attempts to see my doctor. I told them that I will no longer use their office for my medical needs. They need to wise up their performance in the ADA (American with Disability Act) laws that requires them to do so... Good bye to that office!
