⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Nurses at Ascension St. Vincent’s Truly Changed My Life After suffering a stroke, I spent 8 days at Ascension St. Vincent’s, and I can honestly say that the nurses at Ascension St. Vincent’s are extraordinary. During one of the most frightening experiences of my life, they were the steady, caring presence that helped me get through each day and night. From the moment I arrived at Ascension St. Vincent’s, the nurses treated me with compassion, patience, and respect. They never made me feel rushed or ignored. They took the time to explain what was happening, checked on me constantly, and made sure I felt safe and supported — not just medically, but emotionally too. I had a recent hospital stay at Ascension St. Vincent’s, and I can honestly say the staff made some very difficult days as comfortable as possible. The entire team was kind, attentive, and showed great interpersonal care — especially when it came to managing pain and making sure I was okay at all times. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed, bathroom, and shower. Overall, the facilities were excellent. My only small suggestion would be to improve the comfort of the sofa for the companion, which was a bit hard for resting.

The staff at the main admission was kind caring. Offered to help us in any way she could. Presurgery staff were very good as they smiled and tried to keep me calm. As a nurse myself. I understand how the staff made me laugh and get my iv in, and I am a very very hard stick. I appreciate the ICU staff for the excellent care I received. I believe your hospital has been the best people, . I appreciated the small things you do as one unit. No matter your issues some one would give me a heated blanket, the small things really count. In closing I would say your hospital is by far the the best hospital . I appreciate all of you.

My ER experience at Ascension St. Vincent's St. Johns County, with the nursing staff was great. They made me smile when I was in quite severe pain. I was referred to an amazing surgeon, whom I built immediate trust with. Dr. Phillip Rothberg, I will be eternally grateful for your expert and professional and compassionate care. I would like to positively call out a CNT named Deija who was outstanding, as well as an RN named Jinky. (I may have her name spelled incorrectly.) On the downside. I am a VERY difficult IV stick, and a former Advanced Practice Nurse. My IV ran dry. I called for help twice. It was 48 minutes before anyone came to help. If nursing staff is going to alarm a bed at night, they need to warn the patient. The alarm has strobing lights that some of us react to w

I have to share with you all … To me go to the Hospital is kind of scary and boring. But this time it was different. First of all. It was my FIRST TIME AT St Vince. Since my arrived at there everyone was so cordial, kind, sweet. I had done my mammogram and my MRI. Since they received me it was so nice and Drs and nurses are so sweet kind and they give me blankets, offer me water, tea .. I feel like a spa time. Literally. I do like a lot this place. So this is my honest review.
