Ascension St. Vincent's Pediatrics - Lake Asbury

I have been trying for months to get a referral. They will not help me when I called with concern regarding my daughter. I requested many calls from the doctor or the office manager, I never get a call back. I have been going to them for over 10 year and I done. They do not have one care in the world. Stay far away because they will no be here when you need them. That place went to hell when Dr Downey left. Every two month they have a new doctor. Pure negligence.

I’m so glad I found this pediatric office! They are very kind and the doctors answer all your questions and concerns and are very personable and professional. Everyone is so professional and helpful and kind and the good thing about this practice that most other offices lack is they always answer their phones and if you have a concern and need your child to be seen, they will work something out!

Web phone number doesn't help with scheduling new patient appointments. Because my sons birthday isn't already in the system, I can not make an appointment through the automated system. The person I spoke to gave me a number to call, it was the same number as before.

Christina Phillips and the whole team is phenomenal! Christina has been my daughter’s physician since she was born and is hands down the best with her! My daughter absolutely loves her and the whole team! Christina is very informative and thorough and goes above and beyond to not only provide the best care but to make sure mine and my husband’s thoughts, feelings, and opinions align with hers. Not to mention has called us after hours, on weekends, and texted us for updates when our daughter was sick! Talk about going above and beyond!! We will continue to drive over an hour to see her! We can’t recommend her or any of the physicians here enough!!!
