Ascension St. John Urgent Care Jenks

Brought my son in and he was feeling terrible and everyone was so kind to him. He has all the junk thats going around and his cough was so bad, the front desk Amber offered him a water before she even took my information, she was so kind even with a Lobby full of sick patients. The PA, Diamond, has seen my son in the past and he was happy to know it was her again as she always makes him feel comfortable and asks him the questions directly. This is our go to Urgent Care and always have a good experience whether it’s busy or not.

I highly recommend this medical clinic! My Ascension St John Urgent Care is conveniently located in my town. I made an appointment online. I always use St John’s clinics and doctors when possible and my digital medical records are always available to my all my St John providers. I arrived on time. Having heart problems I was given a chest x-ray onsite, EKG, and breathing treatment by the radiologist/nurse who was so good. The good doctor informed me that my situation required additional testing and ordered me to an Ascension St John’s Hospital ER. The Hospital ER checked me right in and did testing and medications to correct my situation. So grateful to St John Urgent care for being there!

Overall best experience I’ve had in a long time. A lot of Urgent Cares are still requiring appointments and when I called to inquire I was told to walk in anytime that was best for me 😄 the facility is so clean and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and all of the staff were very caring and made me feel so much better, even with how bad I felt when I got there. Tammie was so nice and made the check in so easy. While in the room the MA offered me a warm blanket. As I was leaving the office Manager asked how my visit was and wanted to make sure I didn’t have any concerns and even brought me a bottle of water (due to my terrible cough). If I’m ever in need again I’ll definitely come back here!

The care and understanding of the staff at this location is 2nd to none. I was greeted immediately when I entered the facility. The front-desk, nurse, and provider all showed that they cared when they were treating me. They listed to what I had to say, and had follow-up questions to get to the root of the issue. Before I left, the manager came in to check and make sure I was satisfied with the treatment I received. All-in-all, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this location to anyone that needs urgent medical attention.

This is my second time needing urgent care while visiting the area - made an appointment, seen in great time, clean facility. The doctor at my last visit even called me after the fact due to his concern over a vital sign (my HR) to offer additional medical advice (a CYA for sure but also appreciate he didn’t gloss over it). Highly recommend this location (have not been to any others). Thank you for helping me feel better!
