Ascension St. John Urgent Care Bartlesville

I took my nine year-old son here for a sore throat that we thought might be strep. The service /evaluation was extremely quick and professional. It could not have went any better.

Did not get triaged properly, there for hours waiting in pain and crying thinking I’m having a miscarriage or a cryptic pregnancy and I’m in labor or something crazy because I couldn’t figure out why I was in pain.(they had no clue why I was hurting so much) The ultrasound tech had to be called in and she was very rude and snippy when I asked to see her do it (she said yes) and barely moved the screen towards to me, it made the whole trip even worse after being there for 7+ hours cramping crying thinking something bad is happening and then not even being treated properly or having nurses check on me. I didn’t eat pretty much all day from the pain, no IV was done. They called in 3 separate nurses to get my blood drawn, I was poked 5 times trying to get blood drawn at 9:30, the first poke di

Best care I ever received from an urgent care clinic . They explained to me what I was going through then sent me to er because I need more care. They didn't just guess and pump me full of meds.

I have always had a good experience with Ascension St John urgent care. They ordered an X-ray of my hands and determined no broken fingers. They wrapped my fingers and I must have over extended my fingers. The staff were really nice and extended courtesy to me.

Thank you, Urgent Care! My husband drove me to Ascension St. John Urgent Care when I became very ill. There was no wait. I was seen immediately. Charles examined both of my ears. I had an earache and extreme vertigo and felt very ill. Charles prescribed Augmentin for a bad ear infection and fluid behind both eardrums. I am feeling much better now that I am on the right antibiotic. I tried treating myself but kept feeling worse daily. Charles said that I was taking the wrong antibiotic and that the infection would have never cleared up on it's own and assured me that Augmentin would have me feeling better in 72 hrs. Thankfully, I started feeling better sooner and am on the mend. Thank you, Charles. 5 Stars!!!!!
