I am writing this four years later after going through old photos and finally realizing how serious my injuries were. I still have pain and visible trauma from this experience, and I believe it’s important for patients to know what happened. This was my third C-section. My first two were nearly painless and healed well. This one — performed by Dr. Pfeiffer — was completely different and extremely traumatic. Before surgery, I was left alone in the room with an anesthesiology assistant (not the anesthesiologist) while she attempted my spinal. I was stuck seven times (I’ve anttached a photo). After repeatedly failing, the anesthesiologist finally came in. Instead of removing the needle and starting over, he shifted the needle sideways while it was inside my spine to get it into place. Oh my gosh. Best hospital we have been for Physical therapy. The building isn't very old, the rooms are clean. The staff is the best. The food is always good and a lot of it. You cannot beat the therapist. They really know what they are doing. They work you hard, they also know when to give you down time. It's the total picture.

It was all right nothing special my wife had a doctor's appointment remember lady's to get mammograms regular

I went in to have a CT scan done, as ordered by my PCP. The admissions team and the girls who performed my CT were so kind and accommodating. However, the woman at the desk in the radiology department was so rude and short when I asked a couple of questions about what to expect. From the moment I walked in, the tone and attitude I received before I even gave them my information to check in was disheartening and unprofessional. Hopefully it was just a bad day and not everyone experiences that kind of service.

My daughter was in the ER on Friday. Everyone was wonderful. However her discharge orders had several medications that were not sent to the pharmacy. We’ve tried calling the hospital to get them sent again, but are put on hold for a long time then disconnected
