Removed my old review and added this one. Feb 27 2026. Best Dr I've had and as usual the nurses were the best of any. I have Lupus and this Dr took it on. My oxygen level went up my BP went down. My vision was no longer blurry. My two week headache is no more. My dizziness went away. I am virtually pain free. To top it off she didn't have to admit me or for the first time no cat scan. I was in and out in 3 hours. I can't say enough good about this Dr. She treated me like a king. I think her name was Dr Hall. She checked in on me several times and explained everything so I understood. I was like a new person whe. I left. Thank you because I was about to drive to Tulsa due to how I was treated before. She cared and it showed.

I was scheduled for a test at the DI the other day. I was greeted when I entered and all the clerks were helpful. Doing the pre-registration makes all happy, even the customer. My name was called and my test was completed as it was scheduled. Cindi was very knowledgeable and friendly with explaining and making sure I was comfortable. I left the building and carried in with my day. Thank you all for the pleasant hospitality you all shared with me

I can’t say enough how much we appreciate Dr. Todd Thomas and his team! Madison on his team is wonderful. Hester who was a nurse on the eighth floor, so attentive and caring. I wish I could remember everyone’s name that helped us while there. It was obviously not a great situation. My husband had had a heart attack, but they took such great care of him. While we would be able to do his follow up with the Doctor Who comes to Coffeyville. We don’t mind making the Short drive to continue care with Dr. Thomas and Madison. Thank you all

Only ran into 1 employee who had no empathy & needs to be away from people in pain & counting paper clips. Unfortunately she was in day triage ER. Second floor surgery was great. Not sure point of a hospitalist. One who discharged me doubled my meds & had to sit 30 minutes at drug store in PJs waiting for pharmacist to fix her mess. Just what everyone wants after being discharged. ER was great besides the one off above. But my feelings might be tied to morphine IV. Surgery team was very competent. The employee who is there when patients wake up must have interesting stories. People who transfer patients in wheelchairs probably need a raise as do housekeeping & kitchen. Imaging is efficient.

The facility was fine, very good. Preregistration was a joke. I was called 5 times, text messages, email all within 5 days of the appointment. I preregistered online and in the last step, the app crashed. I gave my info over the phone to the 5th caller. None of this mattered. It didn’t show up at the front desk checking in. Did you farm this out to India??! The desk person checking in apologized for the fiasco that everyone experiences and does no good. The process doesn’t work.
