Literally the worst hospital I’ve been to. 1/12/26 Got sent here from urgent care the lady at the front desk for check in was very nice the lady who took me back had just the unhappiest attitude of being there. I told them about my pain and informed them urgent care sent paper for them to go over so they have a bit description of what test had already been ran the lady just glanced and set it down. The next nurse comes in and says I’m going to get blood work ask if I’m a hard poke I say yes but normally they find something here she looks at only my right arm pokes around at my arm with her fingers and automatically just says I’ll have to get a ultrasound to do this I said okay. Whole time she never washed her hands or used hand sanitizer and NO GLOVES. She brings the ultrasound machine in

Staff was great. Friendly and kept me informed of what was happing next during my stress test. They let me know how I might feel when drugs were added to my IV and how long it would last. Also attractive ladies

As a mom, anytime your kids have to have a procedure or surgery that requires anesthesia, it is very nerve wrecking! I was SO impressed with the staff and team that treated my child. From the front desk, to paperwork, to his team of nurses, doctors and surgeon. Everyone was so kind, so patient, took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything, and of course made sure he was comfortable and properly prepared. At no point did I feel like just another case to them. It truly makes all the difference! So THANK YOU to everyone involved with the care of my child!

On 2/16/26 I showed up at St Johns Broken Arrow ER with severe inflamed nostiles, unable to breath AT ALL, a hard cough and my head felt as if it was going to explode. I had been taking all kinds of meds for three straight days and things had only gotten worse. I was quickly taken back, instantly hooked up to an EKG machine, not two minutes later a chest X-ray was being taken, blood was drawn next. They were able to draw blood but unable to get a needle in to administer an IV. I was told they would return to get the needle in and start the IV which didn't happen, they never returned. Fourty minutes later the nurse returned said all test showed no problems and they were releasing me. I said what about the pain in my head and face, I was then told to get with my primary dct. Worst ER visit I have ever had. I went in with terrible back pain didn't wait no longer than 15 minutes to get taken to the back did one simple sample at around 1:20pm I did not get my results until 4pm. The first nurse that checked my vitals seemed to have an attitude. The only reason they went to see me at 4 was because my mom called them multiple times to let them know my blood sugar was dropping not once did anyone come see me until after she called for the 3rd time and no one checked my sugar my whole time there and they knew I was diabetic. I told the lady that checked on me I think my sugar is dropping I keep shaking she said oh are you hungry which I found unnecessary and said she'll be right back to check my sugar and get me something for pain. She never came back I had to use all
