Customer Reviews
I came to this urgent care site do to mine being closed with the weather . As a walk-in because it said they to walk in not that you had to have appointment is better Only 1 Doctor on site My first and only visit with this center wasn’t well at all I got there 1:30 with only 2 people waiting in the waiting area to find out a 1hour later after getting processed in to be told that it’s going to be awhile they are behind with appointments and if appointments come in they would be seen before me (4 appointment came in )not knowing or even told this before. Nowhere in this office facility is it posted about the waiting time and how walk-ins are served The nurse stated after the fact she tells people to see if they can get appointments on the site what’s the purpose of having walk in whe
I have had the most ridiculous experience at this Wilmore Rudolph’s location in Clarksville Tennessee. I am a walk in told there was openings for appointments. I was not put in as a scheduled appointment when I came in. So I just keep getting pushed as a walk in further and further out. people are added to scheduling as appointments and are getting seen around me. I asked the rude receptionist 2 times if I was coming up. I also asked if I could switch to a scheduled time, now that it’s over 2 hours. The receptionist response is now I will still have to wait a while, even if she puts me in a scheduled spot over a hour from now. Lesson learned, schedule before you go. because instead of being accommodated into a scheduled opening. They leave you as a walk in. and you wait for hours. They do
After a lengthy period of travel in Japan, Missouri and Tennessee, I developed a sinus infection. A family member recommended this urgent care facility in Clarksville, TN after I arrived. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online later in the afternoon. I submitted my information online before the appointment. When I arrived, I was pleased to see a large urgent care facility that was clean and modern. I easily checked in without a wait and was quickly called into an interview and examination with a nurse, who took my history and vitals. Immediately thereafter, I was led into another examination room and was seen by a doctor. The doctor determined that I needed an antibiotic and advised me to double up on the steroids that I normally take. The prescription was called into
I went in with excruciating back pain and left feeling satisfied with the services provided. The staff was friendly and efficient with getting me in as soon as possible. My doctor listened to my concerns and was knowledgable, which made me comfortable.
The ladies at the front desk need to retake a course on professionalism and proper mannerism. For no reason should a patient be greeted by a health care worker with a mouth full of food, nor should the patient be able to see everything said health care worker is having for lunch. And said health care worker should be using their mouth to speak (without food) and not their head. As a health care professional, I know exactly what is expected of someone in this field and what is NOT. No matter how miserable you are, it should not SHOW, and if you don’t want to be at work, don’t come. Patients come in to be taken care of, not to be treated like a nuisance. After trying to be seen again at this clinic and being told that I owe what my insurance should have covered, instead of investigating what
