Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care - Clarksville, Fort Campbell

I got there 8 min after they opened and I was the 12th in line.... Definitely sick season. Front desk personnel were extremely nice and very professional. Went to wait in my car because they said they would text me. 35 min later I was sitting in the office getting screened by a very nice nurse. Doc came in after screening was done and did assessment, formulated her plan of action and set everything into place. Needless to say, I was out of the office 15 min later and headed to pick up my meds. Honestly, I thought I was in for a 2 hour wait!! Nope, definitely recommend this place for stuff like this!!! Very impressed!!

I had to use ascension st. Thomas urgent care for the 1st time this past Monday. They were AMAZING!! I was worried about how long i would be there since it was the holiday season and I went right after work. I didn't wait long at all! Every single employee i interacted with was SO nice and incredibly helpful too! The girl at the front desk came as I was in the middle of using the kiosk to sign in- and just ended up finishing the entire thing for me. The M.A. or nurse that took my vitals / history was so curtious and relatable it was SO easy to talk to her! The N.P. that treated me was so kind and listened to every single thing I said. She never discounted or dismissed a single thing I said. She knew immediately what she thought I needed and was right! I am on the mend and very greatful! 10

The staff and service was very efficient, patient, professional, and made me feel as if I was the only patient they had which gave a me sense of comfort and redirected my mindset to a positive and stress free visit. Thank to the entire staff!

I don’t know what happened to the last doctors who were amazing!!! Our experience today was absolutely terrible we sat here for hours!!!!!! There was only one person ahead of us when we got here. They left us in a room for so long and did not come back for a very long time. Two sick kiddos who had to stay here through lunch! We arrived at 9:30 in the morning. Now going on 12:30 and still in the room and seen no one! Staff today was terrible seem like they really don’t want to be here! We will never return again! This definitely ruined it for us!

That’s my second time here with the same nurse , becca , absolutely very beautiful amazing experience . The technician and the receptionist were very nice too . Special thank you to Ms Becca the nurse for bring nice and knowledgable .
