Was also admitting late within their grace period. I already filled out paperwork with my ID cards, but because the front desk couldn't view it bc of whatever pc issues, that took another 10 min. Then had me sitting another 10 min and then had someone tell me to reschedule as a new patient. Im already struggling and this was not the best time. I was willing to wait too

I was admittedly late to my appointment mainly due to not knowing the parking situation, not knowing there was construction at the building, and their elevators were down. I got there 5 minutes after my appointment time and went through the long process of filling out my info on their site, once I was done one of the nurses came from the back and yelled for all to here “he was late, he’s gonna need to reschedule.” The front desk worker was trying to explain the situation going on and they wanted no part of it. I noticed she left likely to go talk to them in the back, still no luck. As I went up to get my payment voided so I could just leave and schedule somewhere else. They called here and did the same thing to a lady in a wheelchair who definitely cannot help this situation. Supposedly sh

WARNING.......Come here to die. Aunt passed away here due to poor nurse and doctor care. Medicine was not given and we were lied about tests that were performed. Horrible hospital. Wish it would close down to save future lives.
