Ascension Saint Thomas Clarksville, Dover Crossing

What an amazing staff! I was blessed with meeting Dr. Roger. He surpassed what I thought my experience would be there. My experience at Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care Center was of care and compassion. I have never experienced going to an Urgent care where the staff was very intentional in how they cared and treated me. I felt safe and knew while I was there that I was in good hands. I and my family will be definitely going back for now on into the future.

Very professional group! The medical staff listened to concerns with genuine care while also respectful of your time. They were extremely warm and friendly and were not pushy at all. I've had mixed experienced with doctors in the past, and this group was definitely a good experience. They made everything convenient and seamless. Thank you for all that you do.

Both my husband and I have been into urgent care in the last week with illness. Riley, Lori, and Marissa were all so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. They got us in, treated, and on our way promptly, but without rushing us or compromising on patient care. They were all highly professional. Ascension St Thomas, give these ladies a raise! They are gems!

I've usually had bad experiences at the accession urgent cares so since this one was fairly new I decided to take my siblings here. Our first two or three visits were ok. Nothing horrible and nothing great. The front desk ladies (except for the one who was there on 2/13/26) are always rude and snippy. I have recently been given temp custody of my siblings which was switched to full custody in the beginning of January. Never once since we're been there have we had an issue with the custody arrangement. I think the first time I took them there I had to give them my copy of the ipa to scan and everything. No issues and now the ipa is in the system. When we went 2/13/26 we didn't have to wait even five minutes which was nice. The triage nurse was very kind and making jokes with my younger(14

Personnel was great, service was also great. I had the clinic manager do my vitals and asked a few questions and did my tests before letting the provider come in and tell me about the results and stuff. Overall it has been a great experience. I only go to this urgent care and will continue to do so when needed. Thank you everyone in there for the amazing way to service the community with our health issues.
