Ascension Sacred Heart – Miramar Beach January 27, 2026 – 3:00 PM They constantly brag about being the best clinic in the area, but the reality is that their customer service is absolute trash. The experience at the front desk was unacceptable. The receptionist has zero people skills, is rude, dismissive, and completely unfit to be the face of a healthcare facility. Her attitude was arrogant and disrespectful from the moment I walked in. If you hate dealing with people, you should not be working in customer-facing healthcare—period. This kind of behavior is embarrassing for a clinic that claims to operate at a high standard. Strong recommendation to management: be extremely careful who you hire. Dr Holm and his staff were very friendly and professional. Still waiting to hear final confirmation of surgery time, but Dr Holm put me and my son at ease.
