The doctor is very thorough and detail-oriented, which I appreciate. I believe he has good intentions and I respect his professional opinion.Unfortunately, due to my tbi along with social anxiety and an inability to concentrate my communication isn’t always clear or effective. As a result, some of my symptoms may have been minimized or not fully addressed during the visit.I was also unhappy to see a $500 charge appear on my account afterward. I was told that my insurance was accepted, so this came as a surprise I’m hoping it’s a billing error that can be corrected.
