Ascension Providence Hospital

My visit to the ER ending up me having to stay at the hospital. I was very nervous and scared. After talking with the Dr's and getting things cleared up from everything going on in my mind, I was able to calm down. The staff starting from entering the ER were very professional and helpful. When I was rolled up to the 4th floor from the get go the nurses and Tech's were caring, friendly, and very professional the staff made me feel very comfortable over all they were all Awesome! The care and compassion was very nice. Once I talked to Dr. Goodsett he reassured me I was going to be taken care of. He was thorough and also caring, and compassionate. I would say I was very satisfied with my stay at Providence Ascension.

Dr Sosa in the ER was amazing they all took so good care of me. I was really sick. Never hospitalized but my sickness put me in. I don't remember much because of was so sick. But I remember a voice and a face Dr. Sosa I really believe he was my guardian Angel he took so good care of me. The 3rd floor everyone who works there did their best to take care of me excellent job well done. I just wanted to let Providence know how much I appreciate all you have done and beyond. Dr. Sosa also reached out to my Primary got my appointment set up and discussed my situation with my doctor he took care of all of that for me I never had to do one thing. God, it was such a blessing to get everything done and not have to worry about it. My main thing or purpose was to get myself better. Thank you to the E

I might not have had to go to Ascension Providence hospital. I went to their critical care facility in Woodway and was not thoroughly diagnosed. I requested chest x-rays out of concern of pneumonia, which my husband WAS diagnosed with. I did not get the x-rays and was sent home with antiviral. Within 3 days I was rushed to the Ascension Providence ER in critical condition with double pneumonia and atrial fibrillation. The heart and lung doctors did a excellent job at saving my life for which I very thankful. Unfortunately, the delay in proper diagnosis and treatment for the three days may very well result in permanent heart and lung damage. During my 10 day stay, the nursing care varied widely between excellent and horrible. Night shift personnel were often unsympathetic, uncaring

The hospital staff was excellent. I had greatt doctors except for 2!! The rest of my doctors were great. The first doctor I saw in the emergency room came in and told me. I was pretty sick and he needed to admit me for a few days. After he left another doctor came in and said he was just checking up to make sure first doctor was do8ng a good job and then preceded to tell me I was not that sick and that he could send me home an door the next 5 days I could take 1 pill a day and be better. He left my room and my husband helped me put my pants on, I stood up and passed smooth out. That's how sick I was not by second doctor. I never saw him again He didn't even come check back in on me while I waited in the emergency room for the next 5 hours waiting on a room. I wish I had gott

I had to take my grandson & he was there 4 days. I stayed with him throughout the ordeal. Everyone was so nice; everything was very clean. The nurses really took good care of my grandson. We appreciate everything they did. He was seen by multiple doctors & that actually gave me confidence that they were doing everything they could to come up with a diagnosis. Wonderful hospital.
