Ascension Medical Group Via Christi on St. Teresa

Any time I have gone to St.Theresa Hospital I am confident that I will receive the best of care. The staff that work there are always friendly and helpful. I had an appointment with Dr Voth February 18 and I didn’t have to wait very long to see him and he was friendly, and explained things throughly. Very clean area with large windows, so the room was nice and bright. I could see the parking lot from the patient table. I was in and out quickly. I like that! Will continue going there. The photo is a representative of the pictures on the walls all around the building at St. Theresa; most are taken in Kansas and are calming and peaceful scenes; very nice!

My 1st visit with Dr Goodwin. I'm always hesitant with a new Dr, because I don't want to spend lots of time in the waiting room, just to spend more time waiting in the exam room. My time is VERY important to me as well! I was taken back in a timely manner. I did not have to wait much in the exam room, as Becca had me checked in quickly. 👍 Dr Goodwin spent plenty of time asking relevant questions, LISTENING to my concerns and then being honest and having clear concise answers and truly addressing each of my concerns to any health issues I had. I received prompt calls (the same day) for post appointments for related health care. Up to this point, I'm very satisfied. They're on the right track in my opinion. Keep up the great work!

This was my first experience coming out to st. Teresa for a doctor's appointment with Dr. Kirk Bliss and his office. The upstairs receptionists were extremely chatty amongst themselves to the point they turned their back to me talking about restaurants. When handed a form no instructions were given. The nurse who led me back to the treatment room was friendly and understanding. However doctor seemed a little impersonal. He mostly looked at his computer and let me know that he has other patients so he didnt have much time. This was a disappointing appointment and experience. I have no further follow up appointments with this office.

Visited our pediatrician. She’s fabulous. Check-in is easy but a bit of wait in the waiting room and patient room usually to be expected. Staff is always friendly.

They don’t listen, they don’t care about your prior medical history, they don’t give you the meds you’ve been on for years, they are unprofessional. They want me to do PT to get my handicap placard. Don’t want to renew my FMLA w/o doing interviews. They’re not even close to hitting the mark. Don’t see any P.A. Out there. I’m moving on from this disaster. My doctor moved on and I was stuck looking for a doctor. This Asscension Via Christi St. Teresa Clinic is nothing more than a joke and a waste of time… very ignorant staff and doctors. I am currently filing a complaint against the new P.A. ….
