Excellent as always. I am so thankful for the care Dr Lei Liu provides. She has been able to identify and treat my complex health challenges that my previous doctor could not. I credit her with improving my life significantly. She is an outstanding physician.

My visit was very good, I didn't have a long wait, about 7 minutes to see the doctor. About 5 minutes to get in his office to see my doctor. This was even I was weighed. They do a very nice job in serving their patients. Tell them to keep up the good work 👍. Ms Virginia Garrett

Amazing, from reception to lab, everyone is so kind and helpful. It is a huge and welcomed change. I am especially thrilled to have APRN Yo Hong Kahnert working with me too get to the bottom of my recent health issues. She is very thorough, and explains everything to me, slowly and in a manner that makes absolute sense to me. I feel well taken care of at this location.

Ascension canceled my appointment one day before the visit because I do not have insurance despite knowing from day one that I would be self-pay. I recently moved to Kansas and needed a basic appointment to establish care and bridge prescriptions. I was upfront that I would be paying out of pocket while waiting for new employer insurance to begin. I was told multiple times this was fine, quoted an exact price, and scheduled more than a week out. Less than 24 hours before the appointment, I received a call saying they “cannot move forward” because I am self-pay. I was transferred twice to staff who had no explanation and simply repeated the same message. Canceling a patient at the last minute after confirming payment terms is unprofessional and shows a serious breakdown in communication.
