Ascension Medical Group St. John Gastroenterology Bartlesville

It was great. Everyone was happy and very friendly. They all were stellar in their jobs. They made my experience pleasant without any negative feeling or emotion. They were all professional and knew their jobs.

The facility was clean. Masks are required but not monitored as a person in the waiting room had her dangling from one ear. The lady I dealt with was pleasant enough but I ended up confused about the appointment. I was told that it was a pre-op appointment. To me that means you see your doctor and are checked out to see if you are in shape for your procedure. That was not the case. All it was is scheduling my procedure. Honestly, I don't know why they make you come in to schedule when it could have been done over the phone, except they get to charge for an office visit.

Timely, wonderful patient/stFf interaction. The receptionist was kind and professional. The nurse, Glenda jas just the best. She was friendly, knowledgable, and explained all the procedure and pre-op information so I could understand it. She also contacted another provider for medical clearance and then took the time to call me with the results.

Dr Kirkpatrick/Laqueisha Trotter are very prompt and informative. I only have a problem with the St John system appointment reminder calls because if you see mor than 1.Dr it doesn’t tell you for which Dr’s office. Sometimes it will give you the PA’s name but if you only recall the Dr’s office name it’s confusing and you have to make calls to verify if you have appointment because they don’t tell you which doctors office you have an appointment with so it’s very aggravating.

They took very good care of me when I had my procedure done and everyone was very friendly and helpful to me I was very much scared about it because it was my first time and I was not feeling well about it they assured me that they would take care of me and to just relax long story short they saved my life 💖
