Ascension Medical Group Seton Express Care Georgetown

After of feeling sick for a week I go to this clinic. The PA Usha did not help at all. I had to keep asking what was wrong with me and it sounded like she was always guessing. She listens to my lungs and her first assessment is “let’s take x rays”? After I asked can you at least perform some test like a flu, covid or strep first? She said “ if you want”. Then they tested me for all 3. They also gave me a albutol while i waited for my results. All my test came back negative. So I had to prob her again, what is wrong with me then? She said “ it’s possible you pass the phase where it come positive. So then I had to keep probing and asked her so do we need x rays now. She said you sound better. I had to prove again, so what now, I can’t breathed and I’m so congested I’m miserable. Told h

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I had an excellent experience today at Ascension Medical Group Seton. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The nurse was extremely attentive, kind, and thorough, taking the time to make sure everything was handled with care. Our appointment with Dr. Sarah Odeyomi was truly wonderful. She was thoughtful, patient, and very knowledgeable. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made us feel confident that we are in great hands. This is the second time I have needed to go to this ER. They are wonderful and I think of them first when I need to be seen quickly. I went in with a broken foot and they met me with a wheelchair because they could see the pain. The lady at the front came to me for paperwork; the lady doing the X-rays was very careful when positioning my foot. After I was checked out, someone came to wheel me to my car and help me get in. They are an exceptional group that works well together for the patients benefit. Would give more stars if I could.

Very nice young nurse practitioner or physician assistant. She told me she was going to give me a prescription for a muscle relaxer, but I never got it. I went to the pharmacy thinking she called it in.But they didn't have it. Clear expectations need to improve. Perhaps she was supposed to hand me a a prescription, but forgot. They did hand me the exercises to do, but I never got the prescription. I left thinking, well, maybe she called it into my pharmacy.And went up to the pharmacy, but there was no muscle relaxant order. Whenever clear expectations are not clear, office procedures need to change. Jeanne

I did not wait long. Dr. Odyomi was very helpful and professional. Technician who took blood pressure and the one who took blood were both highly skilled. The later communications on the blood results were very informative. I would recommend this group to anyone seeking medical assistance.
