Ascension Massage and Bodywork

I went to Sarah for the first time yesterday and I’m so glad I did. She listened to what was bothering me and focused on my hip, which has been giving me trouble for a while. By the end of the session, I could feel such a difference—I walked out feeling lighter and more relaxed than I have in months. She is gifted, has a great energy and clearly knows what she’s doing. I can’t wait to go back!

I hurt my back moving and Sarah was able to get me in asap. Sarah provided an exceptional massage that focused on relieving my chronic lower back pain. I have bulging disk, degenerative disease, and arthritis in L 4 & 5. She was attentive to my feedback on pressure and I left feeling completely relaxed and with noticeable improvement with my back.

Sarah is a very intuitive massage therapist and a lovely person. She is a professional and addresses all specific issues. Great music, awesome space and I feel like a jellyfish when our session is completed. Highly recommended for anyone that is looking for a deep tissue massage. Positive she offers lighter massage as well. Self care is extremely important!!

Sarah is a masterful masseuse. The hot stone therapy was a real pleasure as she rubs the hot stones all over your body. My muscles melted under her ministrations.

Went to Sarah while on a ski week. She was in walking distance of my hotel and had good reviews. She did an awesome job, wish she was closer to Katy, TX...haha Definitely go to her if in Taos and need of a massage.
